Is the audit really free, and how much will my project cost?
The audit is free and commits you to nothing. The project budget depends on its scope: we state it in writing once we have understood your situation. The Offers page sets out our packages.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one working day, through the channel you chose in the form; an acknowledgement goes out by email as soon as you submit. If something needs more time, we tell you.
What if I only have a vague idea?
That is a good starting point. Answer “Still exploring” for the timeline and “To define together” for the budget, then add a few words: the discovery call turns an instinct into a scope.
Can I ask for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
That is a common request. Mention it in the free-text field or during the discovery call, and we discuss it before going into sensitive details. This first form asks for no documents and no secrets.
Which languages can we work in?
French, English and Arabic, for the form as well as the conversations and deliverables. Arabic is handled natively, right to left. From Tunisia (UTC+1), we find shared slots with Europe and the Gulf.
