Our story

Start from the problem, not from the template

You have seen this website before: a bought template, assembled blocks, a form that leads nowhere. It looks tidy, and it earns nothing.

AD AZUR DIGITAL exists to stop building them. We start from the business problem, design the answer, write it in code and measure what it returns.

We cover digital end to end, from the website to automation, because your customer does not tell these trades apart: they see one company.

Slower to sell, far more solid to deliver.

The founder

You speak to the people who build

We deliberately stay a small, senior team: the people who scope your project are the ones who design and code it.

Inès Neifar

Founder and managing director

Founder and managing director of AD Azur Digital, based in Sfax. She runs the agency and follows every project across its three markets: Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East.

Our method

Five steps, no grey areas

Nothing starts without a diagnosis. Nothing ends without a measurement.

  1. 01

    Audit

We look at what exists: traffic, rankings, AI visibility, performance, competition. Delivered in writing.

  2. 02

    Framing

Measurable objectives, scope, budget, schedule. What is out of scope is stated too.

  3. 03

    Design

Mockups approved before the first line of code, mobile first.

  4. 04

    Build

Development, tests, acceptance. Performance budgets checked automatically.

  5. 05

    Continuous optimisation

Monthly measurement, content, adjustments. A website is not finished on launch day.

Our red lines

What we refuse to do

A provider is judged as much by what it refuses as by what it sells.

  • A website without a diagnosis

If your problem is not solved by a website, we will say so, even if it costs us the project.

  • Figures without a source

No statistic goes live without its reference and date.

  • AI content without review

AI speeds things up. A person reads, corrects and approves before anything is published.

  • A reference without consent

No client name, logo or testimonial without written agreement.

  • A promise of rankings

Nobody controls Google or AI assistants. We promise a method and measurements, never a ranking.

  • A quote without a scope

What is included, what is not and what we expect from you: all written down in advance.

Why Sfax

Why an agency in Sfax?

Sfax is Tunisia's second economic hub, where industry, food production, healthcare, retail and services sit side by side. Being based here means knowing our Tunisian clients' ground before we propose anything.

  • Paris

It is also a practical base for Europe and the Gulf: a scoping call, a demo or an acceptance test fits inside everyone's working day.

Three markets

Three markets, three ways of working

Three markets, in this order. Each has its own hours, habits and legal framework.

    Who it is for

Industrial, food, healthcare, tourism and retail SMEs in Sfax, Tunis, Sousse, Monastir or Nabeul.

    How we work

Scoping in French or Arabic. Website, local visibility on Google and Maps, and automation of your processes.

    Europe

    Who it is for

    Middle East

    Who it is for

Brands in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and those addressing the Gulf and the Maghreb.

    How we work

Arabic-first or bilingual Arabic and English, designed right to left from the first mock-up. Three hours from Dubai: shared slots every day.

    Reference framework

    Saudi PDPL

We cite the applicable framework; we do not replace legal advice.

Three languages

An Arabic website is not a French one read backwards

We write French, English and Arabic for their readers, not word for word.

  • Written, not translated

Headings, buttons, forms: each language is written for its readers, in Modern Standard Arabic that reads well from Tunis to Dubai.

  • Native RTL

Navigation, icons, arrows and forms are designed for right-to-left reading, not flipped afterwards.

  • Found in every market

One address and hreflang tags per language, so each reader lands on their own version.

Our technical choicesHow we work and the tools we use.

How we work

What you see, what you own

Digital projects often get lost in the silence between two deliveries. Our working rules exist to break it.

A laptop showing a dashboard on a dark work surface. Conceptual illustration.
  1. A demo every week

You see progress on a real screen, not in a status report. You correct course while it is still simple.

  2. A staging environment

Everything is tested on a private copy of the site before it goes live. You approve what your customers will see.

  3. You stay the owner

Code, data and accounts (domain, hosting, analytics) are in your name. If we part ways, you leave with everything.

  4. An open stack

Open-source or self-hostable tools, documented, that another developer can pick up. Nothing locks you in with us.

Our stack

Our technical choices, explained

We publish our technical choices because a provider that stays vague about its tools usually has a reason to.

  • Next.js

Fast pages that Google and AI assistants can read, in all three languages.

  • TypeScript

Code checked before it goes live, which another developer can take over.

  • PostgreSQL

Your data in an open, proven database that you can export at any time.

  • Docker

The same environment in staging and production, movable to any host.

  • Coolify

Automated deployment to your own server, with no closed platform.

  • n8n

Automations you can see, edit and host yourself.

Our commitments

What you can expect from us

In short

AD AZUR DIGITAL is a small, senior team of digital 360 experts based in Sfax, Tunisia. It designs, codes and measures Next.js websites, SEO and GEO visibility programmes and automations, in French, English and Arabic, for Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East.

The client stays the owner of their code, data and accounts.

  1. The need before the tool

Every project starts from a business objective. Technology only comes afterwards.

  2. Technical restraint

Whatever gives your visitor nothing stays off the page. A lighter site runs faster.

  3. Handover

You must be able to take over and extend what we deliver, with us or without us.

  4. The long term

A website is not finished on launch day. We prefer a relationship that lasts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions our clients in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East ask before starting. Another question? Write to us.

Where are you based, and do you work with Europe and the Gulf?

AD AZUR DIGITAL is based in Sfax, Tunisia, and works over video calls with clients in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East. Tunisia is on UTC+1 all year: the same time as Paris in winter, one hour behind in summer, three behind Dubai.

Who works on my project?

A small, senior team led by Inès Neifar, founder and managing director. You speak directly with the people who design and code, with no sales intermediary between them and you.

Do we stay the owner of our website and data?

Yes. Code, data and accounts (domain name, hosting, analytics) are in your name. Our stack is open and self-hostable, so another provider can take the project over without starting from scratch.

Do you deliver an Arabic website genuinely designed right to left?

Yes. The site is written in Modern Standard Arabic and designed right to left from the first mock-up: navigation, forms, icons, spacing. It can be Arabic only or bilingual.

How do we start a project, and at what price?

With the free audit: two minutes to describe your need, then a first reading of your situation. The budget depends on the scope and is quoted after the audit, with what is and is not included.

Let's talk about your project

Two minutes to tell us where you stand. We come back with a first reading of your situation, and we tell you plainly whether we are the right team.
