Our approach

One method, four commitments

In short

AD AZUR DIGITAL is a digital marketing agency in Tunisia, based in Sfax, that ties every marketing action to a measurable business goal: quote requests, booked meetings, online sales or repeat customers. The Marketing & growth practice works with Tunisian SMEs, European companies looking for a senior nearshore team working in French and English, and Gulf brands that need to speak to their audience in Arabic and English.

Read the full answer

It brings together six services: acquisition strategy, social media management, online advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), conversion funnels, email marketing, and analytics and performance measurement. The method has four stages: an audit of what already exists, a target agreed with you and backed by a measurement plan, campaigns tested in short cycles, then a monthly report stating what produced results and what we are stopping. You keep ownership of your ad accounts, audiences and data. The starting point is a free audit.

  1. The business goal comes first

We start from an outcome that matters to you: quote requests, meetings or sales. Channels and content are chosen afterwards, never before.

  2. A measurement plan from day one

Conversions, sources and events are defined before the first campaign. You know what produced an enquiry, not just what produced views.

  3. Channels chosen market by market

A buyer in Sfax, Lyon or Dubai is not reached in the same place or in the same language. Channels, languages and messages are decided market by market.

  4. Short tests, written decisions

Every month, what works is reinforced, what does not is stopped, and the decision is explained in the report.

Who is it for?

Who this area is for

  • SMEs and manufacturers in Tunisia

In Sfax, Tunis or the Sahel, you post and sometimes boost content, but enquiries remain irregular and nobody can say which action produced them.

  • Consumer brands and retailers

Social media and Meta advertising are your main shop window. You want every dinar you invest to turn into sales and messages from serious customers.

  • Companies and agencies in Europe

In France, Belgium or Switzerland, you want a senior French- and English-speaking team, never more than an hour behind Paris, to run LinkedIn, Google Ads and email, for you or under white label.

  • Brands addressing the Gulf

In the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, you speak to Arabic- and English-speaking audiences. You need campaigns conceived in Arabic from the start, not translated afterwards.

The guide

What should a digital marketing agency in Tunisia actually do for you?

Most companies already do some marketing: a Facebook page updated every week, a few boosted posts, perhaps a Google campaign before a trade fair. Effort is rarely the problem. What is missing is the link with revenue: nobody can say which action produced the last quote request. An agency's first job is to repair that link: start from a business goal, choose the levers that lead to it, measure what they return.

Where should a digital marketing strategy start: the channel or the goal?

With the goal, always. "Being more visible on Instagram" is not a business goal; "receiving more qualified enquiries from manufacturers in the Sahel" is. Once the goal is set, the audience, the message and the channel follow: that is the job of our acquisition strategy service.

Business goalWhat we measureLevers most often used

A fuller diary (practice, clinic, training)Appointments booked and attendedSocial media, local search, automated reminders
Repeat customersRepeat purchases, replies, unsubscribesEmail marketing and automated sequences
Testing a new marketCost per enquiry by country and languageShort campaigns, localised landing pages

In other words, "should we be on TikTok?" has no answer until you know what you sell, to whom, and what a new customer is worth.

Why is a posting calendar not enough?

Because it measures activity, not outcomes. A well-kept calendar can generate likes for a year without producing a single enquiry. Social media still has a real role: building a brand, reassuring buyers who check who you are, keeping the relationship alive. It plays that role best when it is built on an editorial line that lasts.

That is why our social media management starts from an editorial strategy and a measured goal. The number of posts is a package detail, listed on the pricing page.

How does marketing differ across Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East?

Three markets, three ways of searching, comparing and buying.

  • In Tunisia, professional searches often happen in French, with Arabic used for local queries. Facebook, Instagram and messaging apps matter a great deal, and some enquiries arrive as messages rather than forms: measurement has to count them too. Word of mouth carries weight, so advertising has to reinforce a reputation, not contradict it.
  • In Europe, starting with France, Belgium and Switzerland, a B2B decision often involves several people and takes time. LinkedIn, Google search and email do most of the work. Cookie consent (GDPR, ePrivacy Directive) leaves part of the traffic out of the statistics.
  • In the Middle East, in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, a credible campaign is conceived in Arabic from the outset, often alongside an English version, and leads to landing pages built natively right to left, not simply mirrored.

Our team works in French, English and Arabic from Sfax, on UTC+1 all year round: the same time as Paris in winter, one hour behind in summer, three hours behind Dubai.

How do you know whether your marketing really pays?

By deciding what to measure before spending. We agree with you on the conversions that matter, track them in Google Analytics 4 and, where possible, all the way to the CRM where your sales team qualifies enquiries. Our analytics and performance measurement service lays those foundations; our article on measuring the return on your marketing details the method.

Let us be candid about the limits. Attribution is never perfect: a buyer sees an ad on their phone, comes back three weeks later through Google, then calls. Some sales close offline. We measure what can be measured, flag what cannot, and never present an estimate as a fact.

What depends on you, not only on us?

Marketing amplifies an offer; it does not replace one. Three conditions matter as much as the campaigns:

  1. A clear, competitive offer in its market. No advert makes up for vague positioning for long.
  2. Fast responses to enquiries. A lead called back the same day is more likely to convert than one called back a week later.
  3. A website that converts. Sending paid traffic to a slow or confusing page means paying for lost visits. Our conversion funnels work addresses this; our guide to building a B2B conversion funnel in Tunisia sets out the steps.

Why hand your marketing to digital 360 experts?

Because a campaign that does not convert sometimes reveals a problem outside the channel: a slow page, a form not connected to the CRM, a visual that misses the point. At AD AZUR DIGITAL, marketing works alongside our SEO and GEO, creative studio and AI and automation practices: one diagnosis, one point of contact, nobody blaming another supplier.

How does the engagement run, and where do you start?

Each month, we run short tests in online advertising or email marketing, compare them with the goal, reinforce what works and stop the rest. The report covers three points: what was done, what it produced, and what we decide next.

The starting point is a free audit of your current marketing: channels, campaigns, measurement and conversion journey. It ends with written priorities, whether or not you then work with us. Request your free audit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions our clients in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East ask before starting. Another question? Write to us.

How do I choose a digital marketing agency in Tunisia?

Ask how it measures results before looking at its visuals. A serious agency talks first about your business goal, your audience and how your conversions are tracked. Check that ad accounts are opened in your name, that the monthly report explains what was stopped and why, and that the agency can say what it cannot promise. If you also target Europe or the Gulf, make sure it writes natively in French, English and Arabic.

What does a digital marketing audit cover, and how should I prepare?

At AD AZUR DIGITAL, the free audit reviews your active channels, your campaigns and their settings, conversion tracking and the journey from an ad to an enquiry. It separates what pays, what costs without paying and what is not measured at all. You receive written priorities, with no commitment. To save time, arrange read-only access to your ad accounts and analytics, and bring an estimate of what a customer is worth to you.

How long does digital marketing take to show results?

Advertising campaigns give first signals within a few weeks: cost per enquiry, lead quality, messages that work. Content, social media and search build a slower but more lasting effect, judged over several months. Nobody can guarantee a result by a given date. What we commit to is clear measurement and an explained decision at every stage.

What budget should an SME plan for digital marketing?

A marketing budget has two separate parts. The service fee covers strategy, production and management; the media budget is paid directly to Meta, Google or LinkedIn. The first depends on scope, the second on your goals and on competition in your market. Indicative prices for our packages are on the pricing page. For a multi-market programme, pricing is quoted after the free audit.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Ad accounts, pages, audiences, email lists and measurement tools are opened in your name, and we work in them through delegated access. If you change supplier, you keep the history and the data. For personal data, we work within the framework that applies to you: GDPR in Europe, Tunisia's Organic Law No. 2004-63, or Gulf regulations such as Saudi Arabia's PDPL. Legal sign-off remains with your own adviser.
