We deliver the page architecture, a bespoke mobile-first design, copy written with you, technical SEO (titles, structured data, sitemap), a contact form connected to your tools and, depending on the package, an admin interface for editing content in each language. Every project starts with a free audit, moves through approved design mock-ups, then acceptance testing on mobile and in every language before launch. The code, the domain name and every account remain in your name, so you keep full control of the asset.
An architecture that persuades
Each page answers a question your buyers ask: what you do, for whom, with what evidence and how to reach you, in that order.
Bespoke design, no theme
An interface designed for your brand and for the phone first, without a purchased template or surplus plugins to maintain.
Copy written with you
We shape the message of each page and write or rewrite your copy with you, in English, French or Arabic depending on your markets.
Technical SEO from day one
Titles, structured data, sitemap, redirects and page speed are written into the code, for Google and for AI answer engines alike.
Content you can keep current
Depending on the package, an admin interface lets you edit copy, images and pages in every language; for a site that rarely changes, a support plan may be enough.
Forms connected to your tools
Each enquiry reaches your inbox or CRM with its language and source page, and every form is tested before launch.

Who is it for?
Who this service is for
SMEs and manufacturers in Tunisia
In Sfax, Tunis, Sousse or Monastir, your website has to reassure a buyer, a distributor or a foreign client before their first call.
Professional firms and B2B services
Practices, clinics, training providers and consultancies: a clear, fast site that explains your services and makes contact easy.
European companies and agencies
In France, Belgium or Switzerland, a senior team working in French and English in a close time zone, including white-label work for agencies.
Brands addressing the Gulf
In the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, an Arabic-first or bilingual Arabic-English site, laid out right to left from the design stage rather than mirrored.

What does a buyer really expect from your company website?
Before a buyer calls, they check. A distributor in Lyon, a procurement manager in Tunis or a partner in Dubai opens your website to answer one simple question: is this company serious, and does it do what I need? If the answer is not obvious within moments, they move on to the next supplier without telling you.
A Next.js corporate website is therefore about more than being online. It has to say what you do, for whom, where, with what evidence and how to reach you. Everything else, from motion to colour and effects, only earns its place if it supports those five answers.
Trust is also technical. A page that loads slowly on a phone, a form that sends nothing or an expired security certificate reads as neglect. Visitors rarely know why they hesitate; they simply hesitate, and leave.
Brochure site or corporate website: which do you need?
The two overlap, but they serve different goals. A brochure site exists to generate enquiries: it presents an offer and leads to contact. A corporate website carries the institution: group structure, subsidiaries, careers, news, commitments and sometimes investor relations.
| Your main need | Brochure site | Corporate website |
|---|---|---|
| Win quote requests | Core purpose | Present, often secondary |
| Present several business lines or subsidiaries | Possible if the scope stays tight | Built for it |
| Recruit and publish news | Optional | Dedicated sections |
| Reassure banks, partners or investors | Rarely the goal | Institutional pages |
Many companies need a little of both. We settle it during the audit, page by page, rather than by label. If you want to sell online, the question changes altogether: our article brochure site or e-commerce: how to choose will help you decide.
Why build in Next.js rather than on an off-the-shelf theme?
Because your visitors never see the technology. They see a page that appears quickly, stays readable on mobile and does not break after an update. Next.js can pre-render lean pages and serve them fast, without stacking plugins that each need patching and monitoring.
The second reason is control. The code is yours: it is versioned in a repository in your name and can be hosted with the provider of your choice or on your own servers. You are not tied to a site builder, a theme licence or a single provider.
To be fair, WordPress remains a sound choice when an in-house team publishes often and already knows the tool, and we say so during the audit when that is the case. For a balanced comparison, read Next.js or WordPress: how should your business choose?. For the local context, see why Next.js for a company website in Tunisia.
What does a website delivered by AD AZUR DIGITAL include?
A professional company website is not a template waiting to be filled. It is usually organised around a handful of pages: home, one page per service, projects or references, about and contact. Whatever the list, the foundations stay the same:
- An architecture built around your buyers: each page answers a question they ask, in the order they ask it.
- Written copy, not just layout: we write or rewrite with you, in English, French or Arabic as your market requires; for larger volumes, our creative studio takes over.
- A bespoke design, consistent with your brand and built for the phone first.
- Comfortable reading for everyone: sufficient contrast, text that stays legible on small screens, keyboard navigation and descriptions on images.
- Technical SEO in place at launch: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, redirects and your Google Business Profile, created or updated.
- A form connected to your tools: each enquiry reaches your inbox or CRM with its language and source page.
- A content admin interface, depending on the package: you edit copy, images and pages in each language without calling a developer. On a small site that rarely changes, a support plan is sometimes enough.
An Arabic version needs genuine right-to-left layout work, not a mirrored copy of the English one. That work is covered on our multilingual & RTL websites page.
How does the project run, from audit to launch?
- Free audit. We review your current site or online presence, your competitors and your goals. The audit carries no commitment.
- Architecture and content. The page list, the message of each page, the copy and visuals required. This step decides the quality of the site.
- Design mock-ups. Key pages are designed for desktop and mobile, then approved before any code is written.
- Build and acceptance testing. Every page is tested on a phone, in every language, with real form submissions.
- Launch and handover. Deployment, Search Console setup, redirects from any previous site and a walkthrough of your tools.
If you are replacing a site that already attracts visitors, the migration deserves particular care, because well-ranked pages can drop out of search results. That is the job of our redesign & migration to Next.js service.
A website still needs care after launch: technical updates, backups, fixes and new pages. That follow-up can be included in the quote or taken over by your own team, since the code and the access are yours.
What does success depend on?
First, your content. A website cannot be more convincing than what it says: real photographs of your workshops, your team or your completed work beat stock images. We help you prepare them, but some information can only come from you.
Second, an available decision-maker. Projects rarely stall because of code; they stall on approvals left waiting. One person who decides within days is worth more than a committee that meets monthly.
Third, realistic expectations. A well-built site makes your company findable and credible; it does not create demand on its own. Local visibility also comes from local SEO & Google Business Profile work, and no serious agency can promise you a specific position on Google.
Why work with a team based in Sfax, Tunisia?
For a Tunisian company, choosing a team based in Sfax means being able to meet in person, discuss your market plainly and get support after launch. For a business in France, Belgium, Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe, it means a senior French- and English-speaking team in a close time zone: Tunisia shares Paris time in winter and is one hour behind in summer. For a brand addressing the Gulf, it means a team that writes and typesets Arabic natively, only three hours behind Dubai.
In every case, personal data collected through forms is handled with the applicable framework in mind, from GDPR in Europe to Tunisian Organic Law 2004-63 and Middle Eastern regulations such as Saudi Arabia's PDPL. Analytics is configured with consent collection wherever that framework requires it.
Where should you start?
Prepare three things: the address of your current site if you have one, a list of your services, and two or three websites you find convincing, in your sector or beyond. With that, a free audit sets a realistic scope, a timeline and a tailored quote. Standard packages are outlined on our offers page, and our wider technical expertise on the web development & applications page.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions our clients in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East ask before starting. Another question? Write to us.
How long does it take to build a Next.js corporate website?
Timing depends mainly on the number of pages, the number of languages and how ready your content is. Development rarely slows a project down; copy, photographs and approvals left waiting do. AD AZUR DIGITAL sets a precise schedule after the free audit, with dated milestones and one person on your side approving each deliverable. A bilingual or trilingual site naturally needs more writing and testing time. The surest way to keep to the schedule is to gather copy, photographs and references before kick-off.
Isn't Next.js too complex for a simple company website?
Not for you: the complexity stays with the technical team. You receive a fast site with few third-party components to update, and technical SEO written directly into the code. The trade-off: significant changes require Next.js skills, which is why the code sits in a repository in your name that any Next.js developer can pick up. WordPress remains relevant if your team publishes often and already knows it, and AD AZUR DIGITAL recommends it during the audit when it is the better fit.
Can I edit the text and images on my website myself?
Yes, when your package includes the content admin interface: you then edit copy, images and pages in every language of your site without touching the code. The person in charge is trained at launch and receives a handover guide. For a small site that rarely changes, updates can also be handled through a support plan with AD AZUR DIGITAL. Larger changes, such as a new page type, are quoted separately.
Who owns the code, the domain name and the hosting of my website?
You do. The source code is versioned in a repository in your name, and the domain and accounts (hosting, Google, analytics) are opened in your company's name or transferred to it. You can change provider without starting from scratch. It is a matter of method: a website whose access you do not control remains a fragile asset, however good it is.
Can a Tunisian agency build a website for a European or Gulf company?
Yes. The AD AZUR DIGITAL team is based in Sfax and works in English, French and Arabic. Tunisia shares Paris time in winter, is one hour behind in summer and three hours behind Dubai, so meetings fit within the working day of all three markets. We work by video call, share deliverables online and confirm each stage in writing.
