What the service includes
In short
AD AZUR DIGITAL plans and runs your Facebook advertising in Tunisia and beyond, along with Instagram, Google and LinkedIn campaigns, with one measure of success: the enquiries, meetings or sales they produce. Based in Sfax, the team works with Tunisian SMEs, European companies looking for a senior French- and English-speaking team close to home, and brands addressing the Gulf in Arabic and English.

Work starts with an audit of your ad accounts and tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google tag and the conversions actually recorded. We then choose the platforms that match how your customers buy, produce several ad angles, test in short cycles and cut whatever does not pay its way. Each month, a report shows the cost per qualified lead and the decisions taken. Ad accounts, audiences and media spend stay in your name. No one can promise advertising results in advance; what we commit to is reliable measurement and decisions you can follow. The starting point is a free audit.
A business goal, not views
Every campaign targets an action that matters to you: a quote request, a qualified message, a meeting or an order. Likes and reach are never the goal.
Tracking in place before launch
The Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google tag and conversion events are installed and checked before any spend, so you know what each campaign actually produces.
The right platform per buyer
Meta to introduce an offer, Google to capture a need already expressed, LinkedIn to reach decision-makers by job title. The mix is decided on your data.
Ads designed to be tested
Several message angles, formats and visuals are produced and compared. Ads that convert get the budget; the rest are switched off.
Accounts that stay yours
Ad account, pixel, audiences and history are opened in your name. We work in them with delegated access; if you leave, everything stays with you.
A report that explains decisions
Every month: cost per qualified lead, winning ads, budget split and what we are stopping. Figures reviewed with you, not an exported screenshot.

Method
How we move forward
- 01
Audit and tracking plan
We analyse your accounts, past campaigns and conversion tracking, then install what is missing. You approve the goal and the success metric.
- 02
Strategy and production
Choice of platforms, audiences and test budget, then ad production: several angles, formats and languages depending on your markets.
- 03
Launch and testing
Campaigns go live in your accounts. We read results weekly, give the algorithm time to learn, then cut what does not convert.
- 04
Report and decisions
Every month, a report with figures and a review call: what brought in enquiries, what we scale up, what we stop and the next tests.
Everything worth knowing before you startThe full guide, with the recurring questions and who it is for.
Who is it for?
Who this service is for
SMEs and retailers in Tunisia
In Sfax, Tunis or the Sahel, you boost posts without knowing what they bring in, or messages arrive and never turn into sales.
E-commerce and consumer brands
You sell online or through messaging, often with cash on delivery. You need campaigns judged on confirmed orders, not on clicks.
Companies and agencies in Europe
In France, Belgium or Switzerland, you want a senior French- and English-speaking team to run Google Ads and LinkedIn, or a white-label partner for your own clients.
Brands targeting the Gulf
In the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, your ads need to be written in Arabic from the start, often with an English version, and lead to well-built right-to-left pages.

Why does Facebook advertising in Tunisia so often disappoint?
The scenario is familiar. A well-kept page, a click on 'Boost post', a little budget every week, and three months later thousands of views… but not a single enquiry anyone can trace back to that spend. Facebook advertising in Tunisia is not the problem. The way it is used is.
Three mistakes come up again and again. The campaign objective is engagement or reach, so the platform delivers exactly that: engagement, not customers. Nothing measures what happens after the click. And messages arriving on Messenger or WhatsApp wait hours for a reply. A useful campaign starts from the other end: an action that has value for you, tracking installed before any money is spent, and a team ready to respond.
Meta, Google or LinkedIn: which platform for which goal?
The right platform depends on how your customer buys. If they are already looking for a solution, they type it into Google, and your ad captures existing demand. If they do not yet know your offer exists, you have to reach them where they spend their time, on Facebook and Instagram. And if your buyer is defined by their job, a procurement director or a quality manager, LinkedIn is the platform that targets that criterion most directly.
| Platform | When it helps | What we measure | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) | Introducing an offer, selling online, filling a local diary | Confirmed orders, qualified messages, appointments | A message is not a sale |
| Google Ads, search network | Answering a need already expressed: 'supplier', 'price', 'near me' | Calls, forms, quote requests | In some niche B2B markets, search volume tops out quickly |
| Google, YouTube and Performance Max | Awareness, retargeting visitors, e-commerce catalogues | Sales, assisted conversions | Without placement controls, budget leaks away |
| LinkedIn Ads | Reaching decision-makers by job title, industry or company size | Qualified forms, sales meetings | Clicks usually cost more; long sales cycles |
Many businesses need two platforms, rarely all of them. One platform run well beats four run half-heartedly.
What needs to be in place before you spend anything?
Measurement comes first. Without it, you optimise blind and the algorithm learns from the wrong signals. Before every launch, we check or set up:
- Ad accounts in your name (Meta Business, Google Ads), paid with a company card in foreign currency, such as the international technology card for Tunisian companies.
- The Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which pass on what happens on your site even when the browser blocks some trackers.
- The Google tag and Google Ads conversions, linked to Google Analytics.
- Events that carry value: a form sent, a call, a click to WhatsApp, an order. Not just a page view.
- A consent banner aligned with GDPR requirements whenever you target Europe, together with Google Consent Mode.
- Someone responsible for replying to enquiries, within a response time agreed in advance.
When this foundation is missing entirely, our analytics and performance measurement service builds it before the first campaign.
How do you build a campaign that learns quickly?
On Meta, targeting has become largely automated: the ad itself now finds its audience. The work therefore shifts to the creative. For each campaign, we produce several message angles (the customer's problem, the proof, the offer, the objection answered) as static images, carousels and short vertical videos. If you have no visuals, our creative studio produces them.
Then comes patience, which is often in short supply. Every ad set goes through a learning phase during which results fluctuate. Changing the budget or audience every other day restarts it endlessly. We read the numbers weekly, decide against criteria written at the outset, and only stop an ad once it has had enough delivery to be judged fairly.
Google Ads calls for a different discipline: choosing the search terms, excluding those that never sell ('free', 'jobs', 'training' if you are neither hiring nor teaching), writing ads that echo the searcher's own words, then reviewing every week the terms that actually triggered them.
How much should you invest, and who decides the budget?
The price of a Facebook ad is often the first question. The answer has two parts. Media spend is paid directly to Meta, Google or LinkedIn through an auction: its level depends on your audience, the competition, the season and the quality of your ads. Ramadan, back-to-school or sales periods change the cost of the very same audience. The management fee, for its part, covers strategy, production and day-to-day optimisation.
A test budget must be large enough to generate the conversions needed to learn, and small enough for a failure to remain an inexpensive lesson. We size it with you after the audit, based on what a new customer is worth to you. You keep control of the spending cap. Our engagement options are on the Offers page, and our article Meta advertising budget: what to plan for sets out the reasoning.
How do you adapt campaigns for Tunisia, Europe and the Gulf?
- In Tunisia, Facebook, Instagram and messaging apps sit at the centre of consumer advertising. A consumer ad can speak Tunisian Arabic (derja); a B2B ad is usually read in French. Many sales close by message with cash on delivery, so we track confirmed orders, not conversations opened.
- In Europe, whether in France, Belgium or Switzerland, Google Ads and LinkedIn carry most of the B2B work, and GDPR consent determines what can be measured. Agencies short of hands can also hand us campaigns to run under their own brand.
- In the Middle East, in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, ads are written in Arabic from the start, usually with an English version, and lead to pages built right to left. Snapchat and TikTok sometimes complement Meta and Google when the audience is young.
Our team works from Sfax in English, French and Arabic, on UTC+1 all year round: the same time as Paris in winter, one hour behind in summer, three hours behind Dubai. For data from your forms, we apply the relevant framework (GDPR, Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63, the Saudi PDPL), without replacing your own legal adviser.
What does not depend on the ads?
Advertising amplifies what already exists. It cannot fix a vague offer or a broken journey. Two conditions weigh as much as the campaigns themselves:
- The landing page. Paying for clicks that land on a slow or confusing page means paying for lost visits. Our conversion funnels and CRO service tackles this when it is the bottleneck.
- The offer itself: price, lead time, proof, after-sales service. No ad makes up for long for an offer that is less clear than a competitor's.
Then there is attribution, which is never perfect. A buyer sees an ad on Instagram, searches for your name on Google ten days later, then calls: every platform will claim the sale. We cross-check platform data against your real enquiries and flag what remains uncertain. And no one can promise a cost per customer before testing.
How do you get started with AD AZUR DIGITAL?
Online advertising is part of our Marketing & growth practice, where it works alongside search, creative and measurement under a single point of contact. When a campaign fails because of a page or a form, nobody gets to blame another supplier.
The starting point is a free audit of your ad accounts: campaign structure, conversion tracking, ads, recent spend and the real cost of an enquiry. If you have never run a campaign, it covers your offer, your website and your tracking instead. You leave with written priorities, whether or not you continue with us. Request your free audit.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions our clients in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East ask before starting. Another question? Write to us.
How much does Facebook advertising cost in Tunisia?
There is no fixed rate: Meta sells delivery through an auction. The cost depends on your audience, competition for that audience, the season and the quality of the ad. You also need to separate media spend, paid directly to Meta, from the management fee that covers strategy, creative and optimisation. At AD AZUR DIGITAL, the test budget is sized after the free audit, based on what a new customer is worth to you. Our engagement options are listed on the Offers page.
Meta Ads or Google Ads: which is better for a small business?
It depends on how your customers buy. Google Ads captures demand that already exists: a buyer searches for 'air-conditioning supplier in Sfax' and finds your ad. Meta Ads creates demand by showing your offer to people who were not yet looking, which suits visual products, online retail and local services. Many businesses, in Tunisia and elsewhere, combine the two in different proportions. The audit settles the question with your own data rather than habit.
Why isn't boosting a Facebook post enough?
Because the 'Boost' button mostly optimises for engagement: likes, comments and reach. It gives little control over the objective, the audience and conversion tracking. A campaign built in Ads Manager targets a specific action, such as a form, a qualified message or an order, and relies on the Meta Pixel to learn who actually converts. Boosting is still useful to give a one-off announcement some visibility, not to generate a steady flow of sales.
Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for B2B companies?
It can be when your customer is defined by job title, industry or company size, and when a won deal is worth enough to absorb a cost per click that is usually higher than on Meta. That is often the case for B2B services, manufacturing or software, in Tunisia as in France or the Gulf. It rarely pays for a consumer offer with a low basket value. We start with a limited test, judged on meetings booked rather than clicks.
My agency runs my ads from its own account: is that a problem?
Yes, in the long run. If ads run on a supplier's account, the history, the pixel, the audiences and the lessons from every test stay with them: when you leave, you start from scratch. At AD AZUR DIGITAL, Meta, Google and LinkedIn accounts are opened in your name, paid with your own payment method, and we work in them with delegated access. If you change supplier, you keep everything. We can also help you regain control of an existing account.
