Article 3 — Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, illustrations, structure, code, brand and logos — is the property of AD AZUR DIGITAL, or is used with its owners’ permission. It is protected by the intellectual property laws that apply.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

You may quote a short extract from an article provided you name AD AZUR DIGITAL and link back to the original page.

Third-party names, brands and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply any partnership, unless stated otherwise.

Article 4 — Credits and illustrations

The site is designed and built by AD AZUR DIGITAL, using open-source software and openly licensed fonts, in line with their licences.

The illustrations are concept images produced with generative artificial intelligence tools. They never show a delivered project, a real place, team or client.

Article 5 — Liability

We take care to publish accurate, up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free. The site’s content, including Insights articles, is informational: it replaces neither an audit nor legal, tax or technical advice tailored to your situation.

No result is guaranteed. An article or expertise page describes a method, not a promise of rankings, traffic or revenue.

The virtual assistant’s replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, any price estimates they mention are indicative, and only a signed quote binds us.

Within the limits allowed by law, AD AZUR DIGITAL cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability of the site, a technical malfunction or any damage resulting from its use.

Article 7 — Personal data and cookies

The data you give us and the trackers placed on your device are described in the privacy policy. You can change your choices at any time with the “Manage trackers” link at the bottom of every page.

08

Article 8 — Governing law and disputes

This site and this legal notice are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, and unless mandatory provisions say otherwise, the courts of Sfax have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, in particular in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply: nothing on this site takes them away from you.

Before taking any legal step, please write to us: most disagreements are settled by a simple conversation.
