What you get
What the service includes
In short
Increasing your conversion rate means getting more quote requests, bookings or sales from the traffic your website already receives. AD AZUR DIGITAL, digital 360 experts based in Sfax, Tunisia, works with Tunisian SMEs, European companies and Gulf-facing brands that pay for visits without getting enough contacts.
Read the full answer
We map your conversion funnel from the ad or search result to the sales call-back, find where and why visitors drop off, then fix the friction in order of impact: page message, forms, mobile speed, trust signals and contact channels. A/B tests come later, and only when your traffic is large enough to reach a conclusion. Our copywriting, design and development teams apply the changes themselves, in English, French and Arabic, and every change is compared against a measured baseline. The starting point is a free audit.
The whole funnel, not one page
From the ad or search result to the sales call-back, we follow the full journey, because an enquiry can be lost after the form is sent just as easily as before.
Diagnosis before testing
Analytics, consented session recordings and an expert review reveal where and why visitors drop off, before a single test hypothesis is written.
Fixes ranked by impact
Each point of friction gets a priority based on its likely effect and its cost. Obvious defects, such as a form broken on mobile, are fixed straight away.
A/B tests when they make sense
We first work out whether your traffic can reach a conclusion in a reasonable time. If it cannot, we tell you, and compare before and after with caution.
Copy, design and code together
Our teams apply the changes themselves: no recommendation sits waiting for months until another supplier finds time to implement it.
Journeys designed per market
Cash on delivery and WhatsApp in Tunisia, GDPR consent in Europe, right-to-left Arabic forms in the Gulf: the journey follows how your buyers actually buy.

Method
How we move forward
- 01
Map
We check the tracking, then rebuild the real journey: sources, landing pages, forms, orders and what happens to each enquiry.
- 02
Diagnose
Data, consented session recordings and an expert review pinpoint the friction. Each point is ranked by likely impact and by effort.
- 03
Fix and test
Obvious fixes ship first. Uncertain changes become A/B tests when traffic is large enough to reach a conclusion.
- 04
Measure and decide
Each change is compared with the baseline. The review states what worked, what remains uncertain and what the next priority is.
Everything worth knowing before you startThe full guide, with the recurring questions and who it is for.
Who is it for?
Who this service is for
B2B SMEs in Tunisia
In Sfax, Tunis or Sousse, your site gets visits and your ads are running, but quote requests remain rare or poorly qualified.
Online shops and consumer brands
Baskets fill up, then stall at delivery or payment, and orders confirmed by phone do not all turn into delivered sales.
Companies in Europe
In France, Belgium or Switzerland, you want a senior French-speaking team, at most an hour from Paris, that fixes your pages itself within the GDPR framework.
Brands focused on the Gulf
In the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, your visitors read Arabic and English. The journey has to persuade in both languages and in both reading directions.

How do you increase your conversion rate without buying more traffic?
Your website gets visits, your ads are running, and yet quote requests, bookings or orders remain scarce. The usual reflex is to raise the advertising budget. It is often the most expensive lever: if the page lets new arrivals walk away, every extra visit is lost in exactly the same way.
To increase your conversion rate is to get more useful actions from the traffic you already have. Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is not about changing the colour of a button. It is about understanding why an interested visitor gives up, then removing those reasons one by one.
Which conversion actually matters to your business?
Before changing anything, name the action that carries commercial value. For a manufacturer, it is a qualified quote request; for a clinic or training centre, a booked appointment; for an online shop, an order that has been delivered and paid for. Intermediate actions, such as a tap on the phone number, a WhatsApp message or a spec-sheet download, matter too, as long as nobody mistakes them for the result.
The distinction avoids a common trap. A form cut down to two fields can bring more enquiries and fewer customers, because it attracts contacts your sales team cannot qualify. So we agree with you on what counts as a conversion, then check that it is measured correctly. If tracking is shaky, our analytics and performance measurement service puts it right before anything else.
Where does your conversion funnel lose visitors?
A conversion funnel is the path from a first visit to the action you expect. Each stage has its own reasons for dropping off, and the most visited page is not always the one that costs you most.
| Stage | What we observe | Question to ask | Common fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arrival | Quick exits after an ad click | Does the page keep the ad's promise? | A landing page aligned with the message |
| Understanding | Scrolling without clicking | Can the offer, lead time and terms be read within moments? | Rewritten headline, clearer hierarchy |
| Trust | Repeat visits without any contact | Who are you, who answers, and what proves it? | Verifiable proof placed at the moment of doubt |
| Action | Abandoned form or basket | How many fields, which errors, on which phone? | Shorter form, plain-language error messages |
| After submission | Enquiries left without follow-up | Who calls back, and how quickly? | Acknowledgement and routing into the CRM |
The last row is often forgotten. An enquiry that waits days for a reply is a lost conversion, even if your analytics counts it as a win. Our guide to building a B2B conversion funnel in Tunisia walks through the whole path, all the way to the signed contract.
Should you start with A/B testing?
Rarely. An A/B test shows two versions of a page to randomly split visitors, then compares their results. To reach a conclusion, each version needs enough conversions; without them, the observed gap may be pure chance. A B2B site receiving a handful of enquiries a week would take months to decide, and by then a season, a campaign or a trade fair would have muddied the comparison.
So we work in this order:
- Fix the obvious defects: a form broken on mobile, a button nobody sees, a slow page, a phone number you cannot tap. These need a fix, not a test.
- Observe before assuming: navigation data, session recordings and click maps enabled with visitor consent, an expert review of the journey and, where possible, a few interviews with your customers.
- Test what remains uncertain: when your traffic allows it, typically in e-commerce or on high-volume campaigns, we estimate the test duration in advance and set its stopping rule. Stopping a test as soon as one version looks ahead invalidates the conclusion.
When volume does not allow testing, we say so, and compare before-and-after periods while flagging everything else that changed in the meantime.
Which fixes pay off most often?
Every site has its own friction, but some issues come up audit after audit:
- An aligned promise: the landing page reuses the words of the ad or search that led there. An online advertising campaign that sends people to the homepage wastes part of its budget.
- One main action per page: visitors hesitate when they are offered five paths at once.
- A form that asks only for what is useful: every field should help you call back or qualify, and every error should explain itself in plain words.
- A fast mobile page: many first visits happen on a phone, sometimes over an average connection. Web performance is part of conversion work.
- Proof at the moment of doubt: verifiable references, delivery or warranty terms, response times, the face of the person who replies.
- The channel your customer prefers: a form, a call, WhatsApp or online booking, depending on how they buy.
How should the journey differ in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East?
The same button does not persuade the same way everywhere.
- In Tunisia, many online shoppers still prefer cash on delivery, and orders are often confirmed by phone. An order therefore only counts once it has been delivered and paid for: that is what we track, not just the confirmed basket. In B2B, French dominates, and a WhatsApp contact often reassures more than a long form.
- In Europe, from France to Switzerland, consent to tracking under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive removes part of your visitors from measurement, and every analysis must allow for it. Buyers expect a legal notice, clear terms and, in B2B, the option to book a meeting without any prior exchange.
- In the Middle East, in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, the journey is designed in Arabic, right to left, usually with an English version. Fields, error messages and phone numbers must stay readable in both directions, and session recordings are also subject to local law, such as Saudi Arabia's PDPL. Our work on multilingual and RTL websites serves conversion directly.
What depends on you?
Conversion optimisation improves how an offer is presented; it does not replace the offer. Three conditions weigh as much as our fixes:
- A competitive offer in its market, on price, lead time or service. No page makes up for a weak position for long.
- A fast response to enquiries. Website work stops at your sales team's door: a late call-back cancels out the gain.
- Quick decisions on changes. A fix approved in two days pays off long before one that waits for a monthly committee.
We do not promise a target rate. We commit to a method: a measured baseline, documented changes and an honest review, including when a change made no difference at all.
Why entrust your conversion funnels to AD AZUR DIGITAL?
Because a recommendation is only worth something once it has been applied. At AD AZUR DIGITAL, digital 360 experts based in Sfax, copywriting, design and development sit in the same team: the corrected page goes to staging without waiting on another supplier. We work on the Next.js sites we build as well as on WordPress, PrestaShop or Shopify, and we write natively in English, French and Arabic. From Tunisia, on UTC+1 all year round, our working day overlaps with both Paris and Dubai. You keep ownership of your accounts, your analytics tools and your data.
Where do you start?

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions our clients in Tunisia, Europe and the Middle East ask before starting. Another question? Write to us.
How can I increase my website's conversion rate?
Start by defining the conversion that has commercial value and check that it is measured correctly. Then find the stage where visitors drop off: arrival, understanding the offer, trust, the form or the follow-up. Fix obvious defects first, such as a slow mobile page or an overlong form, then test uncertain changes when your traffic allows it. Finally, compare every change against a measured baseline, and remember that the speed of your sales response matters as much as the page itself.
What is a good conversion rate for a website?
There is no figure that holds for everyone. The rate depends on your sector, price point, traffic source, device and on what you call a conversion: an industrial quote request has nothing in common with an impulse purchase. Published averages blend situations that cannot be compared. The useful comparison is with yourself: your current rate by source and device, then how it moves after each fix. That baseline is the first thing we establish when we start working together.
Do you need a lot of traffic to run A/B tests?
Above all, you need enough conversions in each version for the gap not to be down to chance. A site with few enquiries would take months to reach a verdict, and seasons or campaigns would blur the comparison. In that case, it is better to fix the friction you can observe and compare before-and-after periods with caution. A/B tests belong in e-commerce or on high-volume campaigns, and we estimate their duration before launching them.
Can you improve conversions on a website you did not build?
Yes. We work on existing WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify or Next.js sites, provided we get the access we need to the back office and the analytics tools. Fixes to copy, structure, forms and speed are almost always possible. If the platform blocks an important improvement, such as a checkout that cannot be changed, we say so and scope the alternative, without pushing you towards a redesign that is not justified.
How much does conversion rate optimisation cost?
It depends on how many pages and journeys are involved, the state of your tracking and whether we apply the fixes ourselves. A one-off diagnosis and a monthly programme with testing do not have the same scope. Our packages are set out on the Offers page, and a specific engagement is quoted after the free audit. Compare that cost with the visits you already pay for without getting enquiries.
