Generative AI and brand content: the line to hold

Producing faster is useless if the result sounds like everyone else. Our protocol for using AI without diluting the brand's voice.

In short

Generative AI accelerates the mechanical stages of content production: structuring an outline, turning an article into social formats, proposing title variants, transcribing a video, translating a first draft. It replaces neither subject expertise nor point of view, which are precisely what distinguishes a brand. The protocol we apply holds in three rules: AI never writes from nothing but from material supplied by the company; every figure is verified and sourced by a human; no content goes live without editorial review. The real gain lies in volume and repurposing, not in thinking. One article becomes a carousel, three posts, a short-video script and a newsletter, and a trilingual first draft reviewed by a human costs a fraction of a full translation.

The real risk is uniformity, not quality

Language models write correctly. That is exactly the problem: they write like the average of what they have read. Clean, polished, interchangeable text. Where ten companies publish on the same topics, similarity cancels the effect.

What differentiates a brand is what the machine does not have: your figures, your cases, your refusals, your method.

The protocol in three rules

Rule 1 — AI always starts from material. Never "write an article about SEO". Always: here is a thirty-minute interview with our lead, three client cases, our position on the subject.

Rule 2 — no figure without a source. Models produce credible, false statistics. In our publishing chain any figure is blocked until an identifiable source accompanies the text. That control is automated in the back-office.

Rule 3 — editorial review is mandatory. A human checks substance, voice and accuracy. That step turns a draft into content the company signs.

Where the gain is real

  • Repurposing. One article becomes a carousel, three posts, a short-video script and a newsletter.
  • Translation. A trilingual first draft reviewed by a human costs a fraction of full translation.
  • Structure. Outlines, alternative titles, FAQs to cover.

We detail this chain in our content practice and in the article on editorial lines.

What we refuse

No fake testimonials, no generated faces presented as clients, no unsourced statistics. Such content is always identified eventually, and repair costs more than the content.

The decision rule

If the content carries a commitment, an expertise or a proof, a human writes it with machine assistance. If it is mechanical, the machine produces it and a human validates. See our case studies.
